These two perspectives are of the same moulding run in place. New library cabinets were installed having multiple radius sides. The architect designed a moulding profile. We transferred this design to a piece of sheet metal and made a profile knife. With every pass of the profile knife over the wet plaster we formed the moulding in place. A new sheet rock ceiling was installed on the old existing framing rendering an out-of-level ceiling. The moulding was installed level and the ceiling was flanked down to the moulding by the contractors taper. This is something that we can handle also, but the contractor had a taper on salary.
