These photos are of three coat plaster that was attached to a three story elliptical shape
steel staircase. We installed plywood strips with adhesive and screws so that we could
attach wire lath. Then we ran plaster mouldings on top and below the stringer. After that
we filled the sides and bottom with plaster. In the end it looked like a staircase made
totally of plaster.
