Run In Place Moulding
On this project, the designer gave us an idea of what he was looking for. We designed the profile and performed all necessary tasks from carpentry to the finished product. The moulding has a space behind it to be used as a light trough.

Run In Place Moulding / Three Coat Plaster
This three-story, steel, elliptical staircase was drilled in order to attach wood firring for wire lathing. Three coat plaster and mouldings were applied to the wire lathing.

Traditional Three Coat Plaster
On this project, limestone walls were installed prior to our work. This required extreme precision when flanking ceiling to walls.

Additional Projects
Below are 3 out of 16 windows plastered in the traditional method. They are done in gothic style, using a template to render all windows identical.

Ceiling Moulding
This ceiling system moulding was recaptured from the home owner's prior residence. We were able to copy the original moulding, including details which were lost from many years of paint build-up. We made new originals by sculpting in clay, from which rubber casting moulds were made allowing new detailed copies in plaster.

Ceiling Moulding
This ceiling system was also recaptured from the homeowner's previous home. The medallion was not part of the original design but we added it creatively to blend in with the system style.

Wall Plaster Texture
This wall plaster texture was installed on blue board (similar to sheet rock with a plaster bonding agent on it to accept plaster). It was part of an old guest house renovation and the architect owner wanted a soft looking plaster surface. All the trim was installed and finished prior to our plastering. We taped off all the finished wood work and plastered tight to the trim. When unmasked the results were clean and old looking full of craters and rounded edges.
